Obviously things …
Obviously things are bad throughout Africa and the Middle East. Homosexuality is a capital crime in every Islamic State. In Saudi Arabia, they crush them to death. In Iran they Hang gays. African morals aren’t “western” morals…neither are Islamic Sharia.

what is a Islamic …
what is a Islamic state? where Islam makes the laws or a country of mostly Muslims?
An Islamic state is …
An Islamic state is a state which is run under sharia law, which is decided by the “Caliph” For the Taliban, it’s mullah Omar and Iran has ayatollah Khameini. While Pakistan isn’t a shariac state, in the tribal regions sharia law rules. Turkey has a secular govt while mostly Muslim. Places like Somalia are mixed-where the Islamists control, they do so with sharia. Amputations beheadings and stonings are common. I have pictures and videos of them. The more Islamic the state, the less civilized.
