stop paying taxes legally
The American paradox”, firstly it has nothing to do with America as a country of individual people who for the most part live their lives as best they can. So for those who think I may be “bashing” Americans, I am not, nor do I have any animosity against any race of peoples, Jews, Muslims, Arabs or whom ever. As the joke goes, ” my animosity knows no bounds”.
Seriously though, the problem is we need to look at the world now as a question of those “in the know” and those “not in the know”. Those that run everything, and those that follow. Looking at the history of humankind, there has always been the “ruling class, and the slaves”. We for the most part, you and I and 99% of the rest of the world are the slaves. As the late, great George Carlin said, “we are not in their club and they don’t give a about us”.
The American Paradox can be likened to the greek myth of King Midas. It is a society that wants for nothing, that purports that all are equal and that there is abundance for all, and yet has the highest percentage of obese and malnourished people and poorly educated children pro-rata in the world.
With all the benefits that a society can offer, the system that runs america ( I have heard it called the corporate military pharmaceutical monolith) indoctrinates its own kind of mind control over the sick and poor masses.
Looking at “americas” paradoxes, it is easy to see the peculiarities. A system that offers millions of ways to keep people looking young, and yet does little for its elderly or infirm. That spends billions on dietary drugs, regimes and suppliments and yet allows McDonalds and the like to swathe across the country and the world selling “food” that for the most part has very little nutritional value, and in fact creates an addictive need for refined sugars, salt and flours. The hole that this system creates in our psyche cannot be filled by mere material acquisition, and the idea that we are now no longer human beings but are labeled “consumers”.
So there you have the paradox, whatever you think you have, you always need more of, and that which you have is actually feeding your desire for more.
What has this to do with taxes?
It comes down to this, the more you consume, the harder you work, the bigger in debt you become to feed this lifestyle choice. The more you feed the beast that is pushing you the drug of consumerism the more you become dependent on the drug.
As anybody who has first, or even second hand experience of an addiction, either alcohol, drugs, sex, internet games or whatever, you know to what lengths the addict will go to to feed that addiction, to the point where an overdose becomes preferable to living a life that revolves around the “monkey on the back”.We are all going to have to go through some pretty tough “cold turkey” to break our addiction to consumerism. Because in the end there is a finite amount that the Earth can give us. Two generations have consumed, since 1940, what it took 100 generations to take from the Earth, and our greed is now out of control. So for all of you who think your taxes (legal or not) go towards the benefit of the majority, think again. Find ways of cutting your habit and paying for your own addictions. Because you are never going to profit from even 1 cent of it.. the majority goes to the filthy rich murderous “ruling class”. Stop feeding them, they don’t deserve your loyalty.
Cut up your credit cards, offer your creditors minimum payments (legally) stop buying on credit, pay cash wherever possible. Look at ways you personally can break your habits of more, bigger and better, and also look at growing your own food either in a community or in your back-garden. Start up a barter system where money is no longer necessary, but using peoples talents and expertise becomes the currency.
Please don’t look at this as just another “hippy utopian dream”.. micro enterprise is going to be very necessary in the next decade… as “shipping strawberries from Israel so you can have fresh ones in the winter in New York” is going to make their price prohibitive.
Thank you

income taxes have …
income taxes have been illegal since they stopped COLLECTING them. You voluntarily send them the money. if they wanted it so bad, they’d put some effort forth, not make us pay our time and money, to give them money, based on a system they know could never be beat as they laugh at the frauds and scams they pull on us. There’s a reason crooked business’ and scammers stay around so long, they are getting a thumbs up from Uncle Sam and company
thats the private …
thats the private federal bank, they ruinned our country, they control our country curruptly, we need freedom
what make you …
what make you liable is you sighing a w4 withholding agreement , your signature say you agree to be treated as a federal worker or “employee” and you earn a “wage” so you are liable to file . so cancel the w4 or sigh it “without prejudiced ” and mark exempt . if they withhold you can sue the employeer and file for a return of overpayment of tax .. read cracking the code
Yes but we ‘ve all …
Yes but we ‘ve all been whipped into slaves, and we are too much in debt to the system. We rely too much on a system that is rotten to the core.
Regulated and just taxes do not exist.
I resent seeing my taxes go to build weapons that kill people for example. Or pay for the presidents mistress even.
The haves and the have nots and the haves and still want more. What a waste of a good planet.
If ut`s not …
If ut`s not constitutional; Then it`s not constitutional. A tax revolt would be required to fight it.
The Fed police need …
The Fed police need a beat down.
Google: ‘laws …
Google: ‘laws requiring people to pay taxes’
The top link will be at law/GWU
They list the laws requiring Americans pay income taxes.
That aside the FED is a complete scam that should be audited and abolished!
Yes you can!!
Yes you can!!
Mother fuckers! …
Mother fuckers! Someone should put a bullet through the head of every person who takes the job of a tax collector! Then how would they get their money? I’m sure they’d figure out a way. How crooked can our government get? And we’re still in debt trillions of dollars! Unbelievable. I’m not going to go out and kill anyone, I’m just saying…
Thats more like it. …
Thats more like it.
When we stop trying to defend the system that created the slavery, but look beyond it and our own self inflicted slavery, to a system that cares not for us.
They are building to a new world order, and they get us to carry the stones.
The recent bailouts after bailouts to support the system, should be enough to realize that in the words of Monty Python “its dead, it’s a stiff, it is no more, it has ceased to be”
CAN THERE REALLY BE …
CAN THERE REALLY BE LAW OR COURTS OF LAW THAT PERMITS LEGAL STEALING & LEGAL SLAVERY?
NO MORE LEGAL THIEF ARGUMENTS ITS TIME TO BAND TOGETHER. We need unity not legal arguing.
Is freedom that which requires free people to legally pay for anothers dreams, schemes, wants, desires, pleasures, wealth building, failures bailouts & other legal mischief when I cannot force my neighbor to pay for my dreams, schemes…?

[You can't be ...
[You can't be thrown in jail if you've broken no law]
Did you mean to write, “You shouldn’t be…”
People are thrown in jail everyday for victimless crimes.
Wrong both times.
…
Wrong both times.
Title 26 is the compilation of all tax laws.
The taxpayer next argues that wages are not income but an exchange of property. As money is property and labor is property, so his argument goes, his work for wages is a non-taxable exchange of property. Wrong again. Wages are income. See, e.g., Schiff v. Commissioner…The argument that they are not has been rejected so frequently that the very raising of it justifies the imposition of sanctions.
Connor v. Commissioner
Also for those who …
Also for those who say that the tax code requires a individual “income” tax…. the tax code doesn’t define “income”, and according to the Supreme Court case EISNER v. MACOMBER, the definition of income in the constitution is gains or profits from some activity. Therefore working for money is an even exchange of money for goods and services, no gain or profit involved. Also the tax code is just that, a code not law.
Here is the law: …
Here is the law: Title 26
Section 1, imposes the tax
Section 61 defines Gross income
Section 63 defines Taxable income.
Section 6012 requires you to file a tax return if you have income of more than the exemption amount, and
Section 6151 requires you to pay the tax at the time and place fixed for the filing of your return.
I’m having a hard …
I’m having a hard time locating this law that I’m sure doesn’t contradict a law passed down from a higher court… could you please direct me to the *exact* location of this law?
True, but there is …
True, but there is a law for filing and paying income taxes.
You can’t be thrown …
You can’t be thrown in jail if you’ve broken no law.
Only if you want to …
Only if you want to end up in jail.
so now do we just …
so now do we just not file a tax return?
awesome!
is this REAL, man?
is this REAL, man?
Claim six …
Claim six dependants like I have for many years. When they want my share for infrastructure I’ll pay.Until then….
But raise your dependants until you pay zero, gradually over the course of a few years.I personally know people who are doing the same.I’ll give them tax money when it’s used in America, for Americans.
The fact is that the IRS is not affraid of you.
But their individual workers are. They are your objective.
I like that; “Let’s …
I like that; “Let’s Do It”. That could be the name of a new organizaition to fight for americans and their rights. Who wants to rally?
Do people rally …
Do people rally anymore? Let’s see a million americans march up to the White House and demand change. Hell, if I see just a 10th of that posting “Let’s Do It” fliers im all for it.
The problem is that …
The problem is that we have become “junkies” to the system, it feeds us and we pay like addicts ( credit cards, health care and all the rest) some of which is a benefit to humanity, but in the end the price we pay is not worth what we get for being locked in to a system that is destroying our world.
Work out how YOU personally can stop feeding the beast, and still live a sane life..it’s not hard.
What I call “the american paradox” is the key to it all.
More on that in the info on the right.
