It’s author, Gene Youngblood, like Mr. Lipton, has also gained acclaim for his brilliant insight. However, here in his early 20’s, just a fraction of Lawrence’s age, and only at the beginning of the several hundred articles he wrote with us, those accolades came later.
OK, I’ll proudly elaborate – his outloud thinking was in consideration of five topics, several of which melded into a pool of original thought; his book, Expanded Cinema, became a primer for film classes across the Country. 50 years later, he is still up and running, respected world-wide as an authority on media communication capabilities. And still a dear friend.
